In the world of real estate, the value of 35 years' experience is immeasurable. That is what Earle Finley, the principal of Evergreen Properties, brings to each transaction he encounters. Earle has been building his reputation as a source of trust, expertise, integrity and professionalism in the real estate business of the Triangle area since 1969. Building a relationship with one person you can trust to handle all of your real estate transactions leads to a win-win situation. Earle has played an active role in both industry and civic affairs, which has given him a personal familiarity with the Research Triangle Area. He has served as the past president of the Commercial Listing Service, as the Director of the Raleigh Golf Association, on the Board of Directors for First Citizens Bank of Raleigh, and as trustee of Ravenscroft School. He presently serves as the Director of the A.E. Finley Foundation and the Trinity Academy, a local Christian college preparatory school. Also, Earle currently serves on the Advisory Board of Ravenscroft School. He and his wife, Sara, are members of Providence Baptist Church in Raleigh, NC.

| Earle Finley began his real estate career in 1968 and founded Finley Realty Company January 1, 1969, specializing in the development, management and leasing of industrial real estate. Ownership and management of the company was later transferred to his son in 1990. In 1990, Earle founded Evergreen Properties as a general brokerage real estate company. |
Jay St. Clair graduated from NC State University with a BS in Environmental Technology and a minor in Business in May of 2004. Shortly after graduation, Jay joined Restoration Systems, one of the nation’s leading and most innovative stream and wetland mitigation companies. There, he began working for the company by monitoring their many mitigation sites. As he gained experience and knowledge of the business, he quickly became a project manager of several mitigation sites and joined the land acquisition team. Soon he came to discover his true love for land and his knack for acquiring land for the purpose of creating new mitigation sites. In 2006, he placed 175 acres under an option to purchase for the purpose of environmental mitigation, submitting a total of 33,831 stream mitigation units and 2 wetland mitigation units to the Ecosystem Enhancement Program for purchase. During the summer of 2007, Jay joined Evergreen Properties as a sales associate specializing in land brokerage. Jay’s understanding of Piedmont and Coastal Plain land use issues, zoning, and environmental regulations allows him to provide a unique personal approach to marketing land for sale or evaluating it for acquisition.

Robbie Tilley is a rarity - a true Raleigh native. Not only does she know the ins and outs of the triangle and area neighborhoods, she's seen the area grow and transform over the years. She uses her knowledge and love of the area to help clients find the best part of the Triangle for their needs. She earned her BA in communications at UNC-Wilmington. Her expertise in marketing and sales in the healthcare, retail and pharmaceutical industries allows her to craft sales and marketing strategies for client properties that work! Robbie grew up learning about real estate and new home construction from her father, Richard Tilley and she looks forward to sharing that knowledge with you.

| Blair has 18+ years of home sales and marketing experience and skills in residential real estate, negotiating,communicating, problem solving, and customer service. She has built relations with prospective buyers and sellers using open houses, direct mailings,and periodic communication that resulted in successful sales and placement of individuals and couples in areas and buildings of their choice. Using contact with companies involved in relocation of workers that built a larger base of possible clients but also provided quick, needed help for individuals that had no real idea of where they wanted to live. Blair has continually built relations and gotten referral and repeat customers. She has been a member of Rotary International, a fundraiser, gardener, and mentor for children. |
